North Wales Recycle I.T. will collect all your redundant equipment, sensitive IT, and more general Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). Whether you have a single laptop or a full server room, we take it off your hands and make sure it is reprocessed responsibly, giving you the documentation to evidence it.

Our facility operates under waste exemptions registered with Natural Resources Wales. Once collected and returned to our processing centre, all equipment undergoes a rigorous auditing, testing, data destruction and refurbishment process. This follows guidance on the Best Available Treatment, Recovery and Recycling Techniques (BATRRT), during which the feasibility of reuse is an important consideration. We refurbish working equipment received from businesses, education establishments and local authorities for reuse, and donate devices back into communities across north Wales.

If the equipment is not suitable for reuse in its complete form, it is passed to permitted treatment facilities for recycling. We operate a zero-to-landfill policy.

Our environmental management system is certified to the Seren Scheme (BS 8555 Phase 2), inspected annually by Tarian Inspection Services — a UKAS-accredited inspection body (UKAS 4492). Our quality management system is certified to SQMAS, inspected annually by the same body.

We provide the documentation you need to evidence how your redundant IT equipment was dealt with. In addition, you are demonstrating socially responsible behaviour and giving something back to your community.
